At La Stella, our priority is to provide owners with comprehensive, tailor-made support to ensure an outstanding experience for them and during the rental of their property. La Stella offers a full range of services, including concierge services, pre-arrival cleaning, inventory of fixtures and fittings, and a chef or butler. A chauffeur service with vehicle can also be arranged for worry-free travel.

La Stella manages your stay before your arrival, taking care of :
- transfers from the airport or resort,
- restaurant reservations,
- ski instructors,

- reservations for spas / massages,
- reservations for beauty treatments
- snowshoeing and hiking,
- helicopter tours,
- organizing birthday parties for tenants,
- parking passes
- grocery and bakery orders and deliveries
We have a telephone answering service from 8pm to 8am every day in high season.
Pre-arrival cleaning

La Stella offers a walk-through before tenants arrive. If the chalet is not rented before the scheduled date, a cleaning will be carried out to check cleanliness and ensure that everything is well organized, taking care of the final details before their arrival.
The situation

La Stella offers a photo inventory of your property before the start of each season, or in the event of a change of rental agency. After each departure, the service provider will inform the owner of the amount of any charges that may be retained by the occupants in the event of damage, breakage, etc. It is also possible to carry out an inventory between two rentals on the same day, by making a request in advance, between the departure of the first occupants and the arrival of the next.
Chef / Butler

La Stella offers the service of a chef and/or butler to prepare and serve meals, including breakfast, snacks and dinner, for chalet residents.
The service is available on a flat-rate basis of 10 hours a day (plus overtime).
Vehicle + driver

La Stella provides a chauffeur with a vehicle for your trips around the resort.
Depending on your requirements, this service is available according to a pre-established schedule, either on-call or by mail.
