At La Stella, our priority is to provide owners with comprehensive, tailor-made support to ensure an outstanding experience for them and during the rental of their property. La Stella offers a full range of services, including concierge services, pre-arrival cleaning, inventory of fixtures and fittings, and a chef or butler. A chauffeur service with vehicle can also be arranged for worry-free travel.

La Stella takes care of all the arrangements for your stay before you arrive, including:
- transfers from the airport or station,
- restaurant reservations,
- ski instructors,
- ski passes,
- babysitters,
- spa/massage reservations,
- beauty treatment reservations,
- snowshoeing/hiking excursions,
- helicopter tours,
- birthday parties for guests,
- parking passes,
- grocery and bakery orders and deliveries.
A telephone hotline is also available every day from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. during peak season.
Pre-arrival cleaning

La Stella visits the chalet before the guests arrive. If the property has not been occupied recently, a cleaning check is carried out to verify cleanliness and ensure that everything is in order, with particular attention paid to the smallest details.
The situation

La Stella offers to carry out a complete photo inventory of your property, carried out before the start of each season or in the event of a change of rental agency.
After each departure, an inspection is carried out and a report is sent to the owner, specifying any costs to be charged in the event of damage or breakages.
On request in advance, an inventory can also be carried out between two rentals, on the same day, between the departure and arrival of the occupants.
Chef / Butler

La Stella offers the services of a chef and/or butler to prepare and serve meals, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, for chalet residents.
The service is available on a 10-hour per day package (additional hours at extra cost).
Vehicle + driver

La Stella provides a driver with a vehicle for all your trips within the resort.
This service can be arranged according to a set schedule, on call, or on site, depending on your needs.
