Preparation and dry run
Description
To make your stay as easy as possible, we take care of all the chores before and after. Last-minute cleaning is carried out before your arrival: dusting, checking the garage, cleaning windows, flushing toilets, raking leaves, etc. After your departure, a clean-up is carried out to prepare your property for the next rental.
Property maintenance during occupancy
Description
A maintenance service is also offered during the tenant or owner occupancy period. The service includes maintenance during the occupancy period. This service can be guaranteed on request, subject to at least one week's notice. During the high season, flexibility will be required in terms of times and days of service.
Maintenance outside occupancy period

We also offer a maintenance service for your property when it's unoccupied. Regular maintenance is carried out throughout the year to ensure it runs smoothly.

La Stella manages your household linen and laundry. We take care of all the tasks: collection, counting, control and recovery in the laundry. It's also possible to hire bed linen kits to suit your needs, including sheets, towels, pool towels and bathrobes. We can also come to your property to install the kits.
