Regular visits

Regular visits are made to check the general condition of your property. This includes checking lighting, sanitary and electrical installations, heating, water openings and the condition of the exterior of your property. Wherever possible, we try to carry out these checks during pre-scheduled appointments with external service providers. If improvements need to be considered, we can call on local professionals to provide you with quotes.

Administrative management

Mandatory or necessary inspections - such as chimney sweeping, fire extinguisher checks or maintenance contracts (swimming pool, jacuzzi, elevator, alarm, snow removal, etc.) - are carried out by our team.

We also manage maintenance work, and order fuel oil or wood for your property.

We centralize, verify and pay the majority of invoices related to services validated with your agreement.

Every month, you'll receive a clear summary of your outstanding invoices, along with a detailed status report.

Additional passage

We intervene in your property at various times: before your arrival for final adjustments, after bad weather, or during small jobs. We can also open your property to external service providers, without disclosing alarm codes if you wish.

We can manage deliveries directly to your home or to our offices.

We also take care of snow removal from entrances and terraces, flower watering, maintenance of green spaces, as well as the management or safekeeping of your personal belongings in the event of rental or loan of the property.
