Regular visits

Regular visits are made to check the general condition of your property. This includes checking lighting, sanitary and electrical installations, heating, water openings and the condition of the exterior of your property. Wherever possible, we try to carry out these checks during pre-scheduled appointments with external service providers. If improvements need to be considered, we can call on local professionals to provide you with quotes.

Administrative management

Our team carries out all mandatory or necessary inspections, such as chimney sweeping or fire extinguisher checks, as well as managing and monitoring maintenance contracts for swimming pools, jacuzzis, elevators, alarms and snow removal. We also manage maintenance work and order fuel or wood for your property. We collect, verify and settle the majority of factors relating to services that have been validated by your consent. Every month, you'll receive a summary of your outstanding bills, as well as a detailed status report.

Additional passage

We can intervene in your property in a variety of situations, whether it's before your arrival to make final modifications, after severe weather or during minor works. It's also agreed that we'll take care of opening the property for external service providers if you don't want us to leave the alarm codes with them. We can assign delivery management directly to your home or to our offices. What's more, we can take care of snow removal from accesses and terraces. If you're lending or renting your property, we'll take care of storing or placing your personal belongings. We can also water your flowers and maintain your green spaces.
